I read every message myself and reply personally. Reviews, press and podcast requests, questions about the model, corrections: critical feedback is welcome, and what is wrong gets corrected.
Write to me
I read every message myself, and I reply personally, as the author. Questions about the method, a number that looks wrong, a situation from your own business or family: all of it is welcome.

What to send
- A review. Published on the reviews page with your name or initials, as you prefer, including critical reviews.
- A correction. If a number, a definition or a claim in the book or on this site is wrong, say which and why. Corrections are listed in the book's version history.
- Press and podcasts. The press kit has the facts, the numbers with their limits and the bio. Review copies (PDF) on request.
You call it busy. It is guessing, with extra steps.
Steer, Don't Guess replaces guessing with instruments. One method, about 250 pages, for owners, managers, freelancers and families who are the only thing holding it together.
