Martin Jirgenson
Business Development Executive, Systems Architect and Author

I build business systems that scale, operate reliably and drive revenue. With over 25 years of experience in business development and operations, I rely on hard data and practical execution rather than guesswork.
My work is defined by strategic project development and national level execution. I developed a national school management platform that became the standard for an entire country, currently serving over 90 percent of its schools. I have built and operated custom manufacturing enterprises from the ground up, directing full commercial strategies, cross border partnerships and end to end production.
Throughout my career, I have designed and deployed core enterprise systems spanning production, inventory and field operations to support massive commercial growth and distributed execution. Today, as the founder of VocaIQ, I build premium AI voice agent services that automate and scale B2B operations across North America.
I wrote Steer, Don't Guess specifically for business owners, CEOs and top managers. It is a direct management method for setting priorities, reading the numbers and correcting course in business and life. It strips away abstract theory, delivering a clear framework to help you steer your operations through complex realities.

The Jirgenson Model
I do not keep my core methods proprietary. I developed and released The Jirgenson Model, an open source AI framework designed to eliminate LLM hallucinations and enforce strict rule compliance in business applications. You can access the operating prompts, benchmarking scripts and full documentation for free on GitHub.

You call it busy. It is guessing, with extra steps.
Steer, Don't Guess replaces guessing with instruments. One method, about 250 pages, for owners, managers, freelancers and families who are the only thing holding it together.
